‘Pizza & Research’ is on next week on Tuesday 26th September at 6 pm in XG14. We have three PhD students who will tell us about their research projects.

We have Paloma Ozores Diez from the School of Biotechnology talking about ‘Parabens: why they are in your shampoo?’. 

Mohammad Hosseini from the Institute of Ethics will speak on the ‘Ethics of Scientific Research’.

We also have Patrick Rogers, a PhD student in the School of English, is researching time and space colonial boys’ fiction. He will be speaking about brewing beer at home. All are welcome to attend this event!

We also meet at Nubar on Glasnevin campus at 5:30 pm every Friday for an end of week social evening.

We are having a games night to welcome all new Postgraduate students to DCU. There will be board games, consoles, and other fun activities, and as usual, there will also be Pizza! This event will be in room XG14 of the Science Building, it will start at approximately 5 pm.

It will be a great chance to meet fellow Postgraduates and other members of the society. We are looking forward to meeting you all and introduce to the Postgraduate Society. All are welcome to come!
