“Hell & Back” is the largest and most popular obstacle course run in the country. Stunning private farm estates are converted into adventure playgrounds, where participants must complete a 10-15KM trail route crossing rivers and lakes, climbing hills and mountains and crawling through bogs and swamps.

This year DCU PGS members, alongside friends from RCSI Sports & Social Club, braved the gruelling conditions in Killruddery Estate, in Bray, Co. Wicklow. It was a fantastic opportunity for postgraduates to socialise and keep active. Participants also hiked Bray Head after they recovered from ‘Hell & Back’. This is something we hope can be done again in the future. One of our many sporting to come!
